Here is the recipe for our favorite fresh blueberry pie.  It's so easy and sooooo delicious!
SANDY BOTTOM BERRIES
FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE
Crust:
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup oil
2 Tablespoons milk

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
3 Tablespoons dry lemon jello
Mix flour, salt & sugar in 9" pie pan.  Wisk milk & oil
together & pour over flour mixture.  Mix with a fork
until crumbly and pat into pan.  Bake 400 degrees
for approx. 10-15 min. until light brown.  Cool.

Mix sugar & cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add
water and cook over medium high heat, stirring
constantly until thick & clear.  Boil 1 minute, remove
from heat and stir in dry jello.  Cool slightly.  Fill
pie crust with berries and pour glaze over berries. 
Refridgerate until set (at least 2 hours)  Top with whipped cream if desired.
For Raspberry pie, substitue raspberry jello for the lemon, and raspberries for the blueberries.
